150+ Belagavi officials trained to enforce animal-friendly rules at Chinchali Jatra

Over 150 officials from Belagavi were trained on applying animal‑friendly regulations for the Chinchali Jatra festival. The training was conducted in July 2026 to help enforce humane treatment of animals during the event in Karnataka, India.
