Supreme Court reserves verdict in stray dogs case; AWBI says only 76 recognised sterilisation centres

The Supreme Court has reserved its decision on a case concerning stray dogs. According to the Animal Welfare Board of India, there are only 76 approved sterilisation centres for stray dogs.
