A study was conducted in India involving 208 physicians across ten states to evaluate their knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding rabies post-exposure prophylaxis, including the use of rabies monoclonal antibodies. The findings showed mean scores of 72.7% for knowledge, 65.6% for attitude, and 78.5% for practice, indicating adequate overall performance but highlighting specific gaps in certain areas. The study suggests that improved education on guidelines is necessary for physicians handling rabies cases.
