A study conducted at a Primary Health Centre in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, between May and December 2023, analyzed dog bite cases and anti-rabies vaccination compliance. Out of 221 recorded dog bites, primarily involving stray dogs, only 61.7% of cases requiring anti-rabies vaccination completed the treatment. Factors affecting compliance included the individual's occupation and the vaccination status of the animal involved.
