A study conducted at the anti-rabies clinic of MKCG Medical College & Hospital in Ganjam, Odisha, assessed cost factors related to post-exposure treatment for animal bites from August 2024 to January 2025. The study involved 1,080 cases, predominantly male and aged 21-40, with most bites from stray dogs.
