Research conducted in Guwahati, Assam, India, examined the demographics and population sizes of free-roaming dogs (FRDs) in a market and a university campus. The study identified 183 unique FRDs in the market and 141 on the campus, with differences in age and health observed. Two population estimation methods were compared, indicating that Application SuperDuplicates is a viable alternative to Huggin's models.
