A study conducted at a rural health center in Puducherry from June 2022 to November 2024 examined the impact of telephonic reminders on anti-rabies vaccination completion among dog bite victims. Results showed that vaccination rates increased from 60.2% before the intervention to 70.4% afterward, with a notable increase especially among male victims. The findings suggest that such reminder strategies can enhance the effectiveness of rabies prevention efforts.
