DRI busts a wildlife trafficking syndicate involved in illicit trade of ivory artefacts

On August 19 2026, India’s Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) arrested members of a wildlife‑trafficking network. The group was involved in the illegal trade of ivory artefacts. The bust was carried out by the DRI as part of its anti‑trafficking operations.
